Jesper Madsen

Jesper founded gHRow to build a company which is uniquely professional and deeply human at the same time… And with the purpose of helping businesses win with people.

 

Jesper draws on a wealth of experience as a business leader in the energy and transportation sectors having been CHRO for several major global companies within the A.P. Moller – Maersk Group. In these roles Jesper has led many aspects of building businesses as they relate to developing executive teams, developing company culture & capabilities and transforming HR functions. He also has been involved in numerous organizational restructurings as they relate to divestments, mergers and IPOs. And this not least in the capacity of being an advisor to CEOs and senior executives.

 

It is the combination of these experience and a deep personal insight in and engagement with people, which allows Jesper to support CEOs, senior teams and companies to openly engage with challenging situations and come out stronger through them.

 

Jesper lives in a country house outside Dragør with his wife Tinna and their daughters Mille and Luna, plus too many animals to mention. This keeps him busy, along with his passions for golf, Brøndby IF, and exercise. He holds an international outlook on life after living, studying and working in North America, Thailand and China.

Mallika is passionate about transforming organisations through people, by designing and implementing creative solutions for complex change in different strategic contexts. She endeavours to bring out the best in teams and individuals, with the purpose of elevating the ‘human’ in HR. 

 

Having worked within HR functions in global organisations such as Vodafone and Maersk Oil, as well as in Ernst & Young’s HR consulting practice, Mallika brings diverse experience of supporting leaders and teams across many industries and geographies.

 

Mallika leads the solution design for gHRow and partners with different clients to conceptualise and drive their change agenda, in areas such as organisational design, team development, and people processes. She builds trusting partnerships with her clients, which serve as the foundation to co-create, collaborate and drive sustainable change in any organisation.  

 

Mallika was born and raised in India, and now lives in Copenhagen with her husband Shaurya and their son Anveer. She has been a professional singer and musician, loves being creative in all aspects of life, and enjoys astronomy.

Louise brings vast experience within HR business partnering, talent management, performance management and recruitment from large international organizations. She has worked with multiple leadership teams and enjoys supporting HR professionals, leaders and senior executives in shaping their people strategies and driving results. Louise has been involved in growth journeys, downsizing initiatives and M&A projects as part of her corporate career, and she is experienced in supporting organizational change processes.

 

Building relationships is close to Louise’s heart and she naturally assumes the role as sparring partner and trusted advisor when engaging with other people. She is experienced in helping leaders and talents grow through individual development talks, program facilitation, and coaching, and she thrives in team settings where she can add value and enable performance. Moreover, Louise is a strong and reliable executor, managing annual people processes and ad hoc tasks with efficiency.

 

Originally from Esbjerg, Louise now resides in Gentofte with her husband. Together they have two grown sons and a dog. The entire family shares a love for football, and Louise is actively involved in the board of a professional women’s team and the local football club where her youngest son is playing. Louise enjoys listening to audiobooks and attending live music events. Moreover, she balances her love for sweets with CrossFit and yoga.

Stine carries many years of HR experience from A.P. Moller-Maersk and WS Audiology, and therefore has extensive and broad knowledge within almost all aspects of HR, with particular focus on the HR Business Partner discipline. This covers anything from annual HR activities to organizational change and transformation, to supporting and coaching leaders and employees with personal and professional growth.

 

Stine is empathetic and cares deeply about the people around her – whether it be family, friends or colleagues. She is a great relationship builder and enjoys solving issues in collaboration with others. With her calm nature, Stine naturally creates a confidential space with the people she is surrounded by.

 

Stine is married to John and together they live in Allerød with their sons Daniel (2009) and Benjamin (2013). Stine enjoys pilates, reading a good book and spending time in their summer house. Tennis is also a big passion for her family, and many afternoons and weekends are spent on the courts, either supporting her boys or playing a game of tennis herself.

Mads carries many years of HR experience from A.P. Moller-Maersk, Carlsberg and Nordea and has extensive knowledge within almost all aspects of HR, with particular focus on the HR Business Partner discipline and Leadership development/Talent Management. Mads has in recent years build deep expertise in business coaching, training and facilitation and works across multiple geographies and industries in Denmark and Europe. 

 

Mads is passionate about supporting individuals and organisations during change and has an inclusive and collaborative approach which creates strong and trusting relationships.

 

Mads lives at Frederiksberg and spends his time outside work with friends and family. History is still a big passion/hobby and to keep connected with this, Mads offers guided historical walking tours through the old streets of Copenhagen.

René has turned many years of international leadership experience from A.P. Moller-Maersk into a solid base and passion for change management – the craft of moving people from a present to a future state, with least possible friction. These skills he has since sharpened in Netcompany and Sofigate before choosing the path as independent consultant, which allows him to meet and assist interesting companies and work on solving a multitude of challenges.

 

With an eye for making the complex digestible, enabling people to take ownership, and constructively engaging stakeholders, René ensures that focus remains on realizing the intended value from a change. With a calm demeanour and a smile. He sees change management as a very broad field, ranging from the introduction of new IT tools, organizational changes, designing and implementing Operating Models, to defining and rolling out strategies.

 

Peeking into his tool-box you will find plenty of colourful markers, giant workshop posters, mad PowerPoint skills, and an uncanny ability to ask those questions that needs to be answered (also when unpleasant).

 

René is married to Melissa whom he met in Singapore long ago. They live in Dragør, strategically close to the airport, with their three teenagers Karl (born in Beijing), Mia and Jens (born in Kuala Lumpur) and the free roaming office bunny Arthur (birthplace unknown). He is on a mission never to let his age outnumber the number of countries he has visited – so far successful.

From her broad professional background, Hanne naturally takes an outset in the overall purpose and direction of the business, as she humbly but firmly engages with people around her. Known for excellence in building relationships and trust at all levels of an organisation, she is passionate about supporting clients to unlock potential sustainably, especially in developing or transforming organisations.

 

Hanne takes a strategic and analytical approach in any assignment. Having hands-on experience from different functional areas as well as cultural settings, her awareness of what may engage and motivate stakeholders at various levels and roles brings valuable insights, be it whilst clients are in design / conceptualizing, planning or execution mode. Holistic planning and facilitation are some of the other ingredients in the toolbox. Strong insights into Commercial and HR functions provide the background.

 

Hanne lives in Birkerød with her two children Oliver and Elisabeth and a little dog Felix. She likes being physically active through yoga classes, running and hiking.

Stuart

Stuart has many years of experience in HR covering different contexts, countries and companies. He has previously worked for BP, Mobil, A.P. Moller-Maersk and Total, living and working in the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He has extensive and broad knowledge within almost all aspects of HR – with recent focus on organization culture, M&A, team dynamics and change management. He loves to understand what holds individuals and teams back from reaching their true potential; what can really make a sustainable difference; and then partnering collaboratively to bring that to life. Stuart is both strategic and hands on; purposeful and pragmatic; and always with a positive mindset.

 

Stuart’s depth and breadth of business and HR experience, alongside his structured project management and natural partnering skills have shaped and contributed to significant strategic projects across different industries and geographies. He is a perceptive person who easily adapts to new people, work environments, and contexts.

 

Stuart lives just outside London with his wife Lola, and their two boys, Ben and Jack. He’s a keen martial artist and a practicing martial arts instructor. He loves nature and actively supports Bumblebee conservation.

Christoffer Bjørk Petersen

Christoffer holds many years of HR experience from Nykredit, DSB, Ambu and Marel and has extensive knowledge within almost all aspects of HR, with particular focus on the HRBP discipline and HR program development. Christoffer has corporate experience from working in Denmark, UK, Canada and Australia in both HQ and frontline entities. He has extensive experience in both growth and consolidation parts of business cycles. Christoffer has in recent years also build up deep expertise in legal matters, implementing collective agreements.

 

Christoffer is passionate about connecting employees with the business. He has a collaborative approach leading to trusting relationships, and he is as comfortable in the board room as he is on the factory floor. Christoffer is a skilled process consultant, who enjoys conceptualizing as well as the delivery part of being alongside clients.  

 

Christoffer lives in Roskilde and spends his time outside work with friends and family. Christoffer likes to be active and enjoys sports like running, CrossFit and skiing.

Lene Maelum

Lene’s diverse experience in HR and finance, and her desire to meet people ‘at eye level’ enables her to quickly find her footing in new organizations and projects. She has a a talent for understanding the greater scope of a business challenge and apply her knowledge across areas in HR administration and project management, among others. 

She engages herself in the organization and projects where she works, with sincerity as well as with good humour. She takes great pride in being a good colleague. She brings experience from across a range of prestigious organisations such as Maersk Oil & Gas, TheoBrandsResolva and The Mind at Work.

Lene lives with her husband Arun and their two sons William (13) and Sebastian (10). She enjoys being with my ​​friends, listening to classical and popular music, reading books about Italy, and traveling as much as possible with her family.

He is passionate about unleashing organizational potential, and his knowledge and experience spans large-scale transformation projects and interventions within organization development such as talent management, leadership development, culture, and performance management etc.

 

René brings a collaborative and inclusive spirit to every project. With a structured approach, he swiftly delivers results even in “dynamic” environments. He has a proven track record of navigating complex HR landscapes, achieving notable milestones in organizational development projects and operational efficiency. 

 

René lives in Solrød Strand with his wife Henriette, their three children Laura, Frederik and Anna – and a small dog. He is passionate about good food, wine and exercise. René is engaged in a non-profit organization as a mentor where he helps veterans through the transition from a military to a corporate career.

Ulla’s extensive leadership experience equips her with firsthand knowledge of the joys and struggles of being a leader. Her work in senior roles at global organizations has provided her with strong strategic, business, and intercultural insights.

 

Ulla is passionate about identifying and unlocking the untapped potential in leaders, teams, and organizations. Her approach is relational, holistic, and always focused on delivering results.

 

Ulla lives in Nærum with her family – her husband, five children (ages 7 to 20), and an old labrador dog. She enjoys travelling, exercising, and spending time with family and friends in her free time.

Morten Wiil

Equipping leaders to become effective and skilled in their leadership is a calling to Morten. He is particularly focused on ensuring that it is not just about acquiring competencies but about changing behavior. Most of his career he has spent working with Leadership development programs and coaching managers at all levels of the business.

 

Morten has vast experience in managing, leading and building HR teams on an international scale and many years working across many countries. He has a very “hands-on” operational approach in his leadership focusing on securing the best possible HR support to the business.

 

Morten has extensive experience in bringing HR supported solutions into play, boiling “big picture perspectives” down to specific action- and behavioral parameters that people can understand. He has managed countless international projects, including major organizational restructuring in his last role in Mediq, leading the process of nearshoring most supporting business functions to a shared service center in Vilnius. Prior to this role, he has also worked with Lyreco and the Danish Military.

 

Morten has an international outlook on life and for 15 years he has been working as an HR Director across many nationalities, cultures and organizational borders which has given him a deep understanding of the cultural differences in both people and leadership across the world.

Today, Morten lives in Ølstykke with his wife and son.
