All of us in gHRow bring different insights and skills to our clients. You can find a brief introduction to each of us below. But we also share some characteristics between us, in that we all bring real world experience and rich expertise with us. Having led HR functions and the people agenda across industries ourselves, we have witnessed the business impact, when the people agenda is led well.
Jesper founded gHRow to build a company which is uniquely professional and human at the same time. And with the purpose of helping businesses win with people.
Jesper draws on a wealth of experience as a business leader in the energy and transportation sectors having been CHRO for several major global companies within the A.P. Moller – Maersk Group. In these roles Jesper has led many aspects of building businesses as they relate to developing executive teams, developing company culture & capabilities and transforming HR functions. He also has been involved in numerous organizational restructurings as they relate to divestments, mergers and IPOs. And this not least in the capacity of being an advisor to CEOs and senior executives.
It is the combination of these experience and a deep personal insight in and engagement with people, which allows Jesper to support CEOs, senior teams and companies to openly engage with challenging situations and come out stronger through them.
Jesper lives in a country house outside Dragør with his wife Tinna and their daughters Mille and Luna, plus too many animals to mention. This keeps him busy, along with his passions for golf, Brøndby IF, and exercise. He holds an international outlook on life after living, studying and working in North America, Thailand and China.
Mallika is passionate about transforming organisations through people, by designing and implementing creative solutions for complex change in different strategic contexts. She endeavours to bring out the best in teams and individuals, who then help their businesses win.
Having worked within HR functions in global organisations such as Vodafone and Maersk Oil, as well as in Ernst & Young’s HR consulting practice, Mallika brings diverse experience of supporting leaders and teams across many industries and geographies.
Mallika leads the solution design for gHRow and partners with different clients to conceptualise and drive their change agenda, in areas such as organisational design, team development, and people processes.
Mallika was born and raised in India, and now lives in Copenhagen with her husband Shaurya and their son Anveer. She has been a professional singer and guitarist, writes a blog, enjoys dancing and is now learning Danish.
With 20+ years in large corporate organizations, Louise comes with extensive experience within HR business partnering, talent management, performance management and recruitment. She has been working with many different leadership teams and enjoys supporting senior leaders on their people and organisational agenda and strategy realisation. Alongside, Louise has participated in numerous organisational projects ranging from growth journeys to downsizing initiatives and company mergers.
Building relationships is close to Louise’s heart and she naturally takes on the role as sparring partner and trusted advisor when engaging with other people. She is experienced in helping leaders and talents grow through individual development talks and coaching, and she truly enjoys being part of a team where she can create value and enable performance.
Louise lives in Gentofte with her husband Bjørn, their two sons Anton and Oskar and a small dog. The entire family is passionate about football and Louise is a board member of the local football club. She likes literature, music and wine and recently added Spain to her list of interests after acquiring a holiday home in Marbella.
Stine is a passionate people and business professional, bringing a wealth of experience within leadership, partnering, culture development, engagement, change management, integration and organisational/functional transformation – having worked and led business, project and HR teams.
Stine has worked across most HR functional areas, having served amongst other as Head of HR, Executive HR Business Partner and Head of HR Operations.
Creating meaningful work-lives is something which Stine cares deeply about. She is empathetic and collaborative in her approach focused on building trust and partnerships. Stine has lived and worked across different cultures and is passionate about people and how they develop and change throughout their work and personal lives.
Stine lives in Fløng with her husband Chris, their 2 daughters Anna and Cilia and their dog Charlie.
Stine carries many years of HR experience from A.P. Moller-Maersk and Widex, and therefore has extensive and broad knowledge within almost all aspects of HR, with particular focus on the HR Business Partner discipline. This covers anything from annual HR activities to organizational change and transformation, to supporting leaders with personal and professional growth.
Stine is empathic and cares deeply about the people around her – whether it be family, friends or colleagues. She is a great relationship builder and enjoys solving issues in collaboration with others. Stine naturally creates a confidential space with the people she is surrounded by.
Stine is married to John and together they live in Allerød with their sons Daniel (2009) and Benjamin (2013).
Senior Associate Consultant
Mads carries many years of HR experience from A.P. Moller-Maersk, Carlsberg and Nordea and has extensive knowledge within almost all aspects of HR, with particular focus on the HR Business Partner discipline and Leadership development/Talent Management. Mads has in recent years build deep expertise in business coaching, training and facilitation and works across multiple geographies and industries in Denmark and Europe.
Mads is passionate about supporting individuals and organizations during change and has an inclusive and collaborative approach which creates strong and trusting relationships.
Mads lives at Frederiksberg and spends his time outside work with friends and family. History is still a big passion/hobby and to keep connected with this, Mads offers guided historical walking tours through the old streets of Copenhagen.
René has turned many years of international leadership experience from A.P. Moller-Maersk into a solid base and passion for change management – the craft of moving people from a present to a future state, with least possible friction. These skills he has since sharpened in Netcompany (Danish IT developer) and Sofigate (Finland based Business Technology consultancy).
With an eye for making the complex digestible, enabling people to take ownership, and constructively engaging stakeholders, René ensures that focus remains on realizing the intended value from a change. With a smile.

René is married to Melissa whom he met in Singapore long ago. They live in Dragør with their three children Karl (born in Beijing, 2007), Mia and Jens (born in Kuala Lumpur, 2008).
From her broad professional background, Hanne naturally takes an outset in the overall purpose and direction of the business, as she humbly but firmly engages with people around her. Known for excellence in building relationships and trust at all levels of an organisation, she is passionate about supporting clients to unlock potential sustainably, especially in developing or transforming organisations.
Hanne takes a strategic and analytical approach in any assignment. Having hands-on experience from different functional areas as well as cultural settings, her awareness of what may engage and motivate stakeholders at various levels and roles brings valuable insights, be it whilst clients are in design / conceptualizing, planning or execution mode. Holistic planning and facilitation are some of the other ingredients in the toolbox. Strong insights into Commercial and HR functions provide the background.
Hanne lives in Birkerød with her partner Allan, their two children Oliver and Elisabeth and a little dog Felix.
Stuart has many years of experience in HR covering different contexts, countries and companies. He has previously worked for BP, Mobil, A.P. Moller-Maersk and Total, living and working in the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He has extensive and broad knowledge within almost all aspects of HR – with recent focus on organization culture, M&A, team dynamics and change management. He loves to understand what holds individuals and teams back from reaching their true potential; what can really make a sustainable difference; and then partnering collaboratively to bring that to life. Stuart is both strategic and hands on; purposeful and pragmatic; and always with a positive mindset.
Stuart’s depth and breadth of business and HR experience, alongside his structured project management and natural partnering skills have shaped and contributed to significant strategic projects across different industries and geographies. He is a perceptive person who easily adapts to new people, work environments, and contexts.
Stuart lives just outside London with his wife Lola, and their two boys, Ben and Jack. He’s a keen martial artist and a practicing martial arts instructor. He loves nature and actively supports Bumblebee conservation.
